Adelit NSABIMANA (PhD) has experience of 14 Years in Banking Industry, Public Finance Management, and Advisory at Strategic level. He is the Technical Advisor to Rwanda Finance ltd where he is advising on policies orientation for the development of the Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC). Prior to this appointment he was the Economic Advisor to the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning in the Government of Rwanda for 3 years. Before joining the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, he has been working in the private sector as the Chief Internal Auditor at BANCOR, the actual Access Bank for 2 years. He has been the Team Leader at the Office of the Auditor General for State Finances in the Government of Rwanda for 5 years. He worked in the private sector as a Credit Analyst in COGEBANK and Union des Banques populaires du Rwanda for 4 years. He holds a PhD degree in Economics (Macro-Ec0n0mics) from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa, where he published an article “Money Demand Stability and Inflation Prediction in the Five East African Countries”, Journal for Studies in Economics and Econometrics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of KWAZULU Natal, South Africa with two Merit Certificates in Mathematics for Economists and Advanced Macro-Economics. He is a member of the Board of Directors of SONARWA General Insurance Company Ltd and he is the chairman of the Board Underwriting and Claims Strategy Committee.
