Tax Policy Analyst
Jackson has 8 years of experience in tax policy design and formulation. He possesses profound knowledge of Rwanda’s and Regional tax policies and has worked on a number of Rwanda’s bilateral taxation and trade treaties. Before Joining RFL, Jackson worked as Tax Policy Economist at Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning for 7 years, where he worked on: negotiation of The East African Community Single Customs Territory; designing tax incentives for the Made in Rwanda Policy; reviewing land and property tax reforms and Rwanda’s investment promotion code. Jackson holds a Masters’ degree in International Economics from University of Rwanda.
