Ntoudi Mouyelo is a senior executive in finance and banking with 20 years’ experience in major international financial centers in Europe, Asia and Africa. He is currently the Strategic Advisor to Rwanda Finance Ltd where he is in charge of the development of the Kigali International Financial Center. Prior to joining RFL, he worked in Singapore for 11 years where he was Country Managing Director of a financial group active in Switzerland, Singapore and New Zealand. He provided corporate management, trust and fund solutions to family offices, financial institutions and wealthy individuals in Asia, Africa and Europe. Ntoudi also worked for one of the largest banks in Luxembourg where he held several senior roles. He has successfully structured financial products and established new financial institutions in highly regulated jurisdictions, including the launch of a private banking unit in South East Asia. Ntoudi holds a Masters in Banking & Finance (Hons) from Luxembourg School of Finance and Stern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal (Canada).
